29 CFR  1926.501(b)(15):Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) On or about 8/3/2021, at the roof ledge area of the site, Niagara Falls, NY. Employees, working on roof ledge; putting down 2x6 timber for gable support, were not protected from falling by fall protection systems. Employees were exposed to fall of 15 feet.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
