29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced. North pump utility project, Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo, Guam - On or about July 23, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employees were not trained on the hazards of products containing Portland cement. Employees were not trained on personal protective equipment, and health and safety hazards associated with these products.

29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coating, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to the employees. Such facilities shall be in near proximity to the worksite and shall be so equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances. Redhorse Engineering Northwest Field, Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo, Guam - On or about July 27, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employees were not provided with hand soap near the worksite for employees who handle and/or use the chemicals and materials included in the employer's hazard communication plan and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
