29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. At the site - an employee in the process of stucco activities was exposed to a 12' 11" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized on the lower overhang, observed on or about 07/24/12. b. At the site - an employee in the process of stucco activities was exposed to an approximate 15 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized on the upper overhang, observed on or about 07/24/12.
