On or about October 10, 2012, on the front of the house, an employee installing framing did not use an adequate anchor point for his personal fall arrest system, exposing himself to a 9 feet fall hazard. b. On or about October 10, 2012, in the trusses on the southwest side of the roof, an employee installing framing was exposed to a 14 feet fall hazard in that he was not protected by a fall protection system. c. On or about October 10, 2012, at the south corner of the house, an employee installing framing was exposed to a 9 feet fall hazard in that he was not protected by a fall protection system.
