29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On or about 07/10/2012, the employer did not ensure that access to and working space for circuit breaker panels in the fab shop. Seven circuit breaker and electrical control panels in the SE corner of the fab shop were blocked with material stored in front of the panels, which will not allow quick and safe access should a emergency develop.
