All sprocket wheels and chains were not enclosed when less than seven (7) feet above the floor or platform. 150 Grove St, Worcester MA On 7/24/12 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazards of unguarded rotating chains and sprockets when in the vicinity of the operating Pontotoc Splitter/Skiver Machine.
