29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: JOB SITE: 221-232 Presswick Lane, Saint Charles, MO 63303, at this work site, workers were observation on top of a 7:12 pitch roof, approximately 27 feet 1 inches above next lower level, actively removing old roofing material, wearing personal fall arrest systems, but were not tied down to an anchor point with lanyard. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
