29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):     On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.    A)     In the heavy mechanic shop at the Bonneville Power Administration Olypia complex, a loft was being used for storage without having the load rating for the loft posted.

A)     In storage areas at the Bonneville Power Administration Olympia facility, there were flourescent lights that were below 8 feet from the floor, that were not protected against damage.
