Marine Corps Base Quantico 615 SNCO Academic Facility: On or about 07/25/12, the two GFCI pigtails used to supply power to battery chargers and a portable electrical grinder were not used in accordance with its listing and labeling in that the two GFCI pigtails were connected (daisy chained) together.
