29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:    a)  On or about July 17, 2012, roofing employees were exposed to eye injuries while they used pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.        FOC Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 313720393, Citation 1, Item 2, issued June 25, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 7480 Terry Court, Arvada, CO 80007.  This citation became final on July 15, 2010.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure:    a)  On or about July 17, 2012, employees were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet while they performed roofing work on a single family home with no fall protection measures in place.        FOC Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 313720393, Citation 1, Item 3a, issued June 25, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 7480 Terry Court, Arvada, CO 80007.  This citation became final on July 15, 2010.
