29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the back side of the hotel on or about July 30, 2012, and at times prior thereto, there was no material safety data sheets for Pratt & Lambert Pro-Hide Gold Exterior Semi-Gloss Latex paint. Employee utilized a roller to apply paint onto the exterior walls.
