29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: a) At Kitchen Mechanical Room: On or about July 23, 2012 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform work on scaffolding that was not cross braced on both sides to prevent the scaffold from inadvertant movement exposing employees to falls of 6.2 feet to the ground below.
