Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    (a) On or about 07/11/2012, several employees were observed doing roofing work on a low slope roof at the Progress Village Middle School roof project. The employees that were exposed to a fall of approximately 11 feet and 4 inches to the ground did not have fall protection.
