29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) Kaminski Roofing, Inc. on or about August 08, 2012, at the address of 212 Olive St. Elyria, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing new roofing material to a residential structure. Employees were exposed to 17 ft. fall to the ground below. Kaminski Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 107330, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 06, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 450 Thomas Alva Dr. Vermillion, OH.
