29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. a) Location: Lot 11 - Employees setting trusses and wall sheathing were exposed to lower level fall hazards of approximately 9 and 22-feet, as there was no means of fall protection in use.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and/or were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee: a) Location: Lot 11 - The employer did not ensure that an employee setting trusses was protected from falling to the lower level by connecting a full body harness and lanyard to an anchor point that would support the employee's weight. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 22-feet.
