29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(1) Each employee on/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net, or personal fall arrest systems: This violation most recently occurred on August 2, 2012, at a workplace located at 501 W Northwest Hwy, Irving Texas; at least two employees working from the interior and exterior top plates were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 30-feet 2-inches to the lower level.
