29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) Located along the interior area of the residential structure there was a DeWalt reciprocating saw and a DeWalt circular saw observed in use and powered to electrical service through three orange extension cords and one yellow three way extension cord. One of the orange extension cords had multipul areas of primary insulation damage exposing the secondary insulated conductors and all the cords had damaged/missing grounding pins.
