29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrails systems, safety nets systems or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented. This violation most recently occurred on August 2, 2012, at a workplace located at 8000 Delaware St, McKinney, Texas at least two employees, who were roofing a residential house, were not protected from falling approximately 9-feet 9-inchs to the lower level.
