29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): The employer failed to have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained regarding the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area. On or about 08/02/12, at the above addressed site, it was determined that employees were exposed to an electric shock hazard while working from a scissor lift without being adequately trained on the electrical hazards that were present.
