29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees hands were exposed to hazardous condition(s) a) Meridian Precision: Employees experienced a dermatitis on their hands/arms as a result of contact with contaminated water that contained the bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the employer failed to ensure that employees wore sleeved gloves to prevent further exposure, on or about 08/03/2012. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
