29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv):     Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a)  75 E. Delaware Ave, Newark, DE  Employee was operating an energized (120 volts) Black & Decker  inch electrical drill, Model #DR550, which had a damaged strain relief, exposing the employee to an electric shock hazard. This violation was observed on or about June 27, 2012.    b)  75 E. Delaware Ave, Newark, DE  Employee was using an energized (120 volts) temporary flexible cord which had a damaged strain relief, exposing the employee to an electrical shock hazard. The cord was being utilized to operate an electrical Makita screw gun, Model #FS4200.
