29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. a) Raw Materials, Southwest Corner, on or about 8/7/2012; The 208 Volt panel for "machines 1 & 2" was missing 3 of 6 screws from the cover exposing employees to shock and burn hazards. b) Forklift charging area , on or about 8/7/2012; 480 Volt electrical panel MDP-2B was missing 10 of 12 screws from the cover exposing employees to shock and burn hazards while charging fork trucks.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Raw Materials Area- Southwest Corner, on or about 8/7/2012; Electrical panel obstructed by pallet of 18 x 24 x 1 filter dye cut materials. b) Raw Materials Area- Southwest wall, on or about 8/7/2012; Electrical panel labled "Wires Disconnect for Mach 1 & 2" obstructed by pallet of filter dye cut materials. c) Raw Materials Area- to the right of the emergency exit door, on or about 8/7/2012; Electrical shut-off labeled Square D Heavy Duty Switch obstructed by pallet of 10 x 20 x 1 filter dye cut materials. Flanders Precisionaire of NY was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315751958 / 185838, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/09/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Vapor Trail, Hudson, NY 12534.
