29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstructions across or in aisles that would create a hazard. a) Raw Material Warehouse, on or about 8/7/2012; Aisles were obstructed by pallets of stored product creating struck-by hazards to powered industrial truck operators. b) West Warehouse, on or about 8/7/2012; Aisles were completely blocked by pallets of stored product preventing employees from exiting the area in case of emergency. c) Raw Material Warehouse, on or about 8/7/2012; pallets of stored material were piled three and four high, were tipped over creating struck-by hazards to employees and forklift operators. Flanders Precisionaire of NY was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176 (a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 280170, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/25/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Vapor Trail, Hudson, NY 12534.
