29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) On or about 8/7/12, at the site of Medina, NY. Employee, testing and/or trouble shooting new electric panels of 120/208 Volts and up to 800 Amps, was not protected by the above mentioned means. The panels had the dead fronts but lacked the covers. No Abatement Certification Required

29 CFR 1926.416(b)(1): Barriers or other means of guarding were not provided to ensure that workspace for electric equipment would not be used as a passageway during periods when energized parts of electric equipment are exposed: a) On or about 8/7/12, at the site of Medina, NY. Barriers were not provided for panels with exposed live parts. Panels were by an exit door and the work space was in the hallway. No Abatement Certification Required
