Delaware Ave. Newark, DE The employees were working from a 28 feet long, by 5 feet wide, by 45 feet, 6 inches high fabricated frame scaffold, approximately 26 feet above the ground which did not have the working level fully decked or planked. This violation was observed on or about June 27, 2012.
