29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and receptacle covers closed): (a) On the old side by Moline Line 1: On August 8, 2012 and at times prior to; the employer failed to cover a 110 VAC electrical receptacle that was located in a wet area exposing the clean-up crew to electrical shock hazards during daily clean-up operations.
