29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: a) Site - North end of building scaffold: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from a double pole scaffold with a working platform that was less than 18 inches wide. The height of the scaffold platform to the nearest finished/sheathed floor was approximately 29 feet. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
