29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(3)(iii): The employer did not ensure that employees who were required to shower per 29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(3)i) did not leave the workplace wearing any clothing or equipment worn during the work shift: (a) Battery cutting area: On or about August 7, 2012; The employer allowed employees to leave the work area wearing contaminated clothing. The employees were allowed to use their personal vehicles to transport themselves to and from the battery cutting area of the facility while wearing their contaminated clothing between decontamination and laundering.
