29 CFR 1910.151 (c) Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a. Trucking Terminal, Dock Area - The employer did not provide the dock workers who would respond to small spills of corrosive chemicals with suitable eyewash facilities within the work area for immediate emergency use.  The material safety data sheet (MSDS) for a 55-gallon drum that contained PBTC (2-Phosphonobutane-1,2,4 Tricarboxylic Acid),  a phosphonate, indicated that this chemicals pH was 2.  The employees were potentially exposed to a splash from a corrosive chemical leading to chemical burns.  Observed On or About August 9, 2012
