29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:   a) Dock: Six flexible cords used to power six electric insect control devices on the ceiling were used in lieu of fixed wiring, on or about September 4, 2013.   b) Dock: Three flexible cords were used to power Raymond pallet jacks when charging in lieu of fixed wiring, on or about September 4, 2013.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
