29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: a) 1605 Telegraph Rd, Wilmington, DE A live energized bus (120 volts) was not guarded against accidental contact, an unused opening was left uncovered in the circuit breaker panel, exposing the employees to a shock/electrocution hazard. This violation was observed on or about June 28, 2012.
