29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: a) Shields Electric/ Court of Common Pleas - On or about July 16, 2015 the employer failed to examine the condition of the energized electrical receptacle which was being used by their employees without the face plate, exposing them live electrical parts.
