29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Lines 1-4's Robotic Arms: On or about July 27, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not evaluate its lockout tagout program, training, and written procedure, or evaluate the performance of its authorized employees in execution of the lockout tagout procedures which exposed employees to inadvertent start up and/or energy sources (e.g. electrical) of the system.
