29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: (a) Mass Pike Underpass at Housatonic St (Rt 20) Lee, MA: On or about July 12, 2012, an employee was observed standing on the outside edge of the basket (outside of the railings) on a raised aerial lift assisting in a work operation more than 10 feet above the ground below in violation of this subpart: Mig Corporation, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2) (iv) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315514851 which became final order on Nov 4, 2011 with respect to a work place located at the Brookfield Rd underpass Brimfield,MA.
