29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Where the employer was engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels employees were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about July 30, 2012, employees were exposed to falls of 18 feet and 10 feet while installing felt on a 4-12 pitched roof. McWilliams Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 312138803 citation number 1 item 1a issued on 04/29/2009, and became a final order on 05/28/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 3475 American Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80917. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclose "Certification of Correction Action Worksheet").
