Employees of McWilliams Roofing, Inc., were exposed to fall hazards of up to 24 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a commercial building with no fall protection in place. Mc Williams Roofing, Inc., dba, McWilliams Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1360135, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 665 Fernglen Ct., Colorado Springs, CO. Mc Williams Roofing, Inc., dba, McWilliams Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1009962, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 9, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 910 Skyway Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO.
