29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) On or about 08/15/12 at 19 Petunia Drive, Bldg. 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.CSHO observed four men working on and from the roof of an apartment complex installing new roofing materials at heights that were approximately 20 feet from the eave to the ground below with no fall protection systems in place exposing employees to fall hazards. One of the four men working on the roof was the Archer Exteriors Foreman. Archer Exteriors, Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.0501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315477836, Citation # 1, Item # 2, issued on 06/30/2010 with respect to a work place located at 3325 West 23rd. Street, Panama City, FL 32405 and became a final order on 07/26/2011.
