On August 14, 2012, where an employee was struck by a falling load elevated by a Genie GTH-644 S/N: VR64210, Rough Terrain Forklift that was not safely arranged or stable.     Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method for abatement is to handle only stable or safely arranged loads as per ANSI/ITSDF B56.6-1969 Safety Standard for Rough Terrain Forklift Trucks, Section 605."
