29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  On or about August 17, 2021, at Sunoco Partners Marketing and Terminals located at 2300 N. Twin City HWY, Nederland, TX 77627, the contract employer failed to provide documentation that ascertained that employees have been trained to install the inflatable isolation plugs in the crude oil pipelines and they recognized the hazards that could cause the serious illness or injury.
