29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Jobsite, 1119 Broadway Avenue, East McKeesport, PA: On or before 08/16/12, employees were performing roofing working on a 12/12 pitched roof at an office building. The employees were exposed to a 23 foot fall hazard.
