29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety  net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(K) developed and implemented:  (1) On August 21, 2012, Orlando Ramirez (Company) did not protect its employees from falls in excess of 8 feet while engaged in a residential re-roof job on a 4/12 pitch roof.  (Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
