29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) New construction, located at Jackson Farm Road, Cartersville, GA 30120, Lot 49, on or about 4/10/2025; the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards during framing activities in that the workers were not provided eye protection while using tools and equipment such as but not limited to pneumatic nail guns at 120 PSI and circular saws.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New construction, located at Jackson Farm Road, Cartersville, GA 30120, Lot 49, on or about 4/10/2025; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards during framing activities in that the workers were not provided fall protection while hanging trusses at 9-feet above the lower level.

29 CFR  1926.1053(a)(8): A metal spreader or locking device was not provided on each stepladder to hold the front and back sections in an open position when the ladder was being used:  a) New construction, located at Jackson Farm Road, Cartersville, GA 30120, Lot 49, on or about 4/10/2025; the employer exposed employees to 9-foot fall hazards during framing activities in that the workers were not provided adequate access and egress to the top plate in that the 6-foot Werner step ladder was used to access/egress the 9-foot top plate closed without the spreaders open.
