All outlets were energized.    a) Warehouse #1 South wall. Duct tape was used to cover an energized outlet that was missing a faceplate.  b) Warehouse #1 Southeast wall. A portable power tool was also in use in this outlet that was missing a faceplate.  c) Warehouse #1 Near roll-up door a radio was plugged into an energized outlet that was missing a faceplate.  d) Warehouse #6 Near the emergency exit door was an energized outlet missing a faceplate.  e) Warehouse #7 Near roll-up door an energized outlet was missing a faceplate.  f) Warehouse #7 Wall outlet next to emergency lighting was missing a faceplate.  g) Warehouse #5 Outlet box next to the rollup door was missing a faceplate.
