(b) Manufacturing area of Building 16 at Column T22; On or about August 23, 2012 the employer did not ensure that the panel cover for the lighting panel in the production area of the building was effectively closed. (b) Heat Treat Area Building 16; On or about August 23, 2012 the employer did not ensure that the panel cover for the equipment in the heat treat area was effectively closed.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) Heat Treat Area Building 16; On or about August 23, 2012 the employer did not ensure that a panel used for lighting in the heat treat room of the facility was properly labeled to indicate what each of the electrical breakers controlled.
