29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about August 22, 2012, at 1261 Grant Mill Run, Dacula, Georgia:    An employee engaged in brick masonry work was exposed to struck-by hazards from the tools and materials falling from the employees working above him on the work platform of a tubular welded frame scaffold while he delivered masonry cement to them. The employee was not wearing a hard hat.
