29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) for the Solberga SE2035 Drill Press located at 6025 W. Janes Avenue in Zellwood (FL), as observed on or about 08/13/2012. The drill press did not have a guard in place to protect employees from flying chips during operation. b) for the Lagun Drill Press located at 6025 W. Janes Avenue in Zellwood (FL), as observed on or about 08/13/2012. The drill press did not have a guard in place to protect employees from flying chips during operation.
