29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: (a) Fabrication area. A blow-off nozzle used to remove dirt and debris from material and equipment, as well as the employees clothing, was not equipped with a pressure reducer. The air was being delivered at 90 psi.
