Employees exposed to public vehicular traffic shall be provided with, and shall wear, warning vests or other suitable garments marked with or made of reflectorized or high-visibility material.    a. The corner of Old Canton Rd and Canton Mart Rd, Jackson MS - On or about August 24, 2012 an employee was observed standing in the street without wearing high visibility clothing or a reflective vest while spotting for a track hoe.  The track hoe bucket was used to drive an iron stake into ground while sitting on a flat bed trailor.
