29 CFR 1926.651(d): Exposure to vehicular traffic. Employees exposed to public vehicular traffic shall be provided with, and shall wear, warning vests or other suitable garments marked with or made of reflectorized or high-visibility material. a. The corner of Old Canton Rd and Canton Mart Rd, Jackson MS - On or about August 24, 2012 an employee was observed standing in the street without wearing high visibility clothing or a reflective vest while spotting for a track hoe. The track hoe bucket was used to drive an iron stake into ground while sitting on a flat bed trailor.
