Employees on the scaffold platform poured five gallon buckets of water into newly installed PVC pipes to test for leaks. The scaffold platform was about seven feet above the sand.

Employees on the scaffold platform poured five gallon buckets of water into newly installed PVC pipes to test for leaks. The scaffold platform was about seven feet above the sand.
