29 CFR  1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of American National Standards Institute and/or paragraph (d) of 29 CFR 1926.303 as required:  Middle of the generator building: A grinder with the guard removed was used to cut metal rods to secure the exhaust fan to the roof. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
